How to welding PPR pipe
The welding method Can be included in welding, hot melt and thread connection and so on. The hot melt connection is the most reliable, easy to operate, good air tightness, high interface strength. The pipe connection of this project adopts the hand-held welding device for hot melt connection.
Dust and foreign matter should be removed from pipes and accessories before connection.

When connecting, insert the tube end into the heating sleeve without rotation to reach the predetermined depth. At the same time, push the pipe fittings to the heating head without rotation for heating. After reaching the heating time, immediately remove the pipe and fittings from the heating sleeve and the heating head at the same time, and insert the pipe and fittings into the required depth rapidly without rotation and with uniform force to make the joint form a uniform flange. Within the specified heating time, the welded joint can be corrected, but rotation is strictly prohibited. Do not push the heated pipe and fittings vertically to avoid bending the elbow.
